Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to the ANIMATE IT: Image To Video app ("the app"), published by Stadium Status Records ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them, and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies.
1. What the app does
ANIMATE IT turns still photos into short videos. It recognises parts of a photo (such as the sky, water, trees and people) using a scene model that runs on your device, then an AI video model, also running entirely on your device, makes those parts move. Parts marked to stay still (such as people) always show your original photo. The AI model is downloaded once, from Hugging Face, the first time you set it up. Your photos are never uploaded.
2. Your photos and creations
Your photos and everything you make from them are yours. You're responsible for having the right to use the photos you bring into the app, and for how you use what you make, including making sure it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or mislead anyone.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to make or share content that is illegal where you live, that harasses or defames anyone, or that you don't have the right to use.
4. ANIMATE IT Pro
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends; any unused portion of a free trial ends when you purchase a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered. Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Open-source components
The app makes its videos with FastWan 2.2 (FastVideo, Hao AI Lab), based on Wan 2.2 (Alibaba), and UMT5 (Google), all under the Apache License 2.0, with TAEHV, stable-diffusion.cpp, ggml and Mirage under the MIT License. It recognises scenes with DPT by Intel Intelligent Systems Lab (trained on the ADE20K dataset) and ONNX Runtime by Microsoft, under the MIT License. Full notices are in the app under Settings › Acknowledgements.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". Scene recognition and AI video can be imperfect, so results vary from photo to photo, and how long a video takes to make depends on your device. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or what you make with it.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: support@getflyer.app.
